Simon Says Frame It | June Designer Spotlight

Hi Everyone! It’s Wednesday again and I’m so excited to share my second card as part of the Designer Spotlight for Simon Says Stamp.

Frame It showcasing Memory Box

It’s as simple as linking your project up on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog and one random winner will win a $50 Gift Voucher! You don’t need to use Memory Box but if you have some goodies in your collection it’s the perfect time to show them off!

I started by creating an A2 sized stitched rectangle with pink pattern paper using Clover Frames. I then die cut three tiny frames with white card stock and added color using a mini blender tool and Distress Ink. Next, I die cut the dog and scooter using kraft, Fog, Black and Cotton Candy card stock. To add a little more interest, I die cut a tiny heart and stamped a matching traffic sign.

For the main sentiment I stamped the “Sending” from Yappy Happy Mail directly on the card front. To add contrast I stamped two sentiment strips by heat setting white embossing powder.

To finish off the card I added 3D foam tape, coordinating sequins and glossy accents.
